Our Story        

Bayer Beverage is a beverage education company based in Rochester, NY by Maureen Bayer, WSETDip, CWE, CS. We are located in the Finger Lakes Region where there is a desire for a deep level of understanding and appreciation for wine. The growth of craft beverages has expanded this need into all beverage areas and has caught the interest of consumers from beginner to expert. We promise to supply this knowledge through a network of professionals, making beverage education interactive and fun. Bayer Beverage is an Approved Programme Provider for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET).

Bayer Beverage will work with on-and off-premise companies as well as direct to consumer to educate staff and customers on beverages from around the world. They will do this through tastings, practical demonstrations, and tours. The best education comes from hands-on experience in which Bayer Beverage will offer.

At Bayer Beverage our mission is to increase knowledge and awareness of alcoholic beverages. Through development of award winning wine lists, staff training, at home consulting, and certification courses, we will support a better understanding of quality beverages for consumption.
